Why Us

One Team Across Billing And Strategy

Most practices split this work between a billing vendor who never sees the P&L and an accountant who never sees a claim. We run both, so the people recovering your revenue are the same people advising on what to do with it.

One partner, not two vendors.

We run your revenue cycle and sit in your corner as your strategic financial advisor — most billing companies stop at claims.

Full-service RCM, done right.

Credentialing, coding, claims, denials, collections — the engine that keeps cash flowing, handled end-to-end.

A CFO's eye on every dollar.

Beyond billing, we read your numbers like an owner would — cash flow, margins, growth decisions — so you're not flying blind between P&L reviews.

Better outcomes, lower cost.

You get RCM + strategic financial guidance for less than most clinics pay for RCM alone.

No more stitching together vendors.

One team, one point of accountability, one clear picture of your practice's financial health.

Complete financial clarity.

Know exactly where your practice stands — revenue, costs, and what's next — without chasing three different reports from three different providers.

Built for clinics that want to lead, not just survive.

The combination most peers can't offer puts you ahead of practices still running billing and strategy separately.

FAQ

Questions We Get Asked

+What exactly does offshoring our billing change day to day?

Your front desk still checks patients in and your providers still document as they do now. Everything after that — eligibility, coding review, submission, posting, follow-up and appeals — moves to our team. You keep your existing practice management system and clearinghouse; we work inside them rather than asking you to migrate.

+How is our patient data protected?

We operate under signed Business Associate Agreements and a HIPAA compliance framework covering access controls, audit logging, encrypted transmission and staff training. Access is role-based and limited to the people assigned to your account. We are equally happy to work within your own security requirements where they are stricter.

+Will an offshore team understand our payers and specialty?

Our staff are trained on US payer rules and stay current on CMS guidance, commercial payer policy, AMA coding standards and HIPAA. Each account is assigned a consistent team that learns your specialty, your payer mix and your fee schedule rather than rotating between clients.

+How quickly does the transition happen?

Most practices are running fully with us inside two to four weeks. We start with the free revenue audit, then run parallel for a short period so nothing drops while credentials, EDI enrollments and workflows are handed over.

+What does this actually cost compared with billing in-house?

Offshoring removes the salary, benefits, turnover and software overhead of an in-house billing function, and the fractional CFO model delivers executive financial oversight without a full-time hire. Pricing is discussed after the audit, once we can both see the real volume and the recoverable revenue involved.

Ready To Stop Losing Revenue?

Start with a free revenue audit — a clear picture of exactly what your practice is leaving on the table. You keep the findings either way.
